Council Reports
In carrying out its functions, the FSBI Council produces a number of documents in which it reports on the financial and operational aspects of the Society's affairs. These include the Society's constitution, reserves policy, minutes of meetings and reports to Council.
THE SOCIETY'S CONSTITUTION AND RESERVES POLICY
The Constitution was first enacted upon registration of the Society with the Charities Commission on 12 September 1968, with amendments ratified by the Society's membership in December 2009. The Society's Reserves Policy was first published by the Hon. Treasurer in March 2006, and this remains in force.

REPORTS TO THE CHARITIES COMMISSION
Each year, the Honorary Treasurer reports to the Charities Commission on the Society's activities and its annual accounts. These reports can be downloaded from the Charities Commission website by inserting the FSBI's charity number (256475) into the 'Search for a charity' text box.
