All delegates must pay a Symposium Fee
Student Symposium Fee – in order to avail of this rate delegates must submit a letter of confirmation of student status from their Head of Department or Supervisor and send it to Tricia Ellis-Evans, Symposium Coordinator, c/o Pace Projects, 65 High Street, Toft, Cambridge CB23 2RL, England.
Daily Symposium Fee – this fee is available to those who are only able to attend the symposium for one day. Please make sure you state which day you will attend.

On-line Registration - available for delegates paying by credit card, cheque or bank transfer. Your confidential financial details will be transferred through a secure transaction website. Delegates will only be registered for the symposium when full payment has been received.

If paying by bank transfer (also known as Electronic Funds Transfer or EFT) all bank charges at both ends of the transaction must be pre-paid. Any charges incurred through receiving money from overseas will have to be referred back to the delegate involved.
Off-line Registration - if you do not wish to use the on-line registration form please use the standard paper based form (Word or pdf) which may be e-mailed as an attachment to Tricia Ellis-Evans or sent by fax to +44 (0)1223 264663.

The FSBI is keen to encourage the attendance and participation of students at the Symposium. In addition to a reduced registration fee, some funds will be available to cover accommodation and meals and, in certain cases, to also provide financial support for travel. To be considered, students must submit a statement of support from their Head of Department or Research Supervisor to the Symposium coordinator. This may be emailed on headed notepaper to Tricia Ellis-Evans before 13th April 2012.
Please note that students applying for support should use the paper-based registration form to register.
Pace Projects does NOT provide insurance or take any responsibility for accidents or illnesses that might occur during the conference or in the course of travel to or from the meeting place. It is, therefore, the responsibility of participants to check their health insurance requirements.
Up to 13 April 2012: 75% of registration fees will be refunded in the event of participant cancellation.
Up to 22 June 2012: 50% of registration fees will be refunded in the event of participant cancellation.
After 22 June 2012: No refunds of registration fees, accommodation or meals.
