Registration

All delegates must pay a Symposium Fee subsidised by FSBI

• Full Fee - £200.00 (£175.00 online early bird if payment received online before 3rd April 2015)

• Student Fee - £100.00 (Conditions apply; see below)

• Day delegate fee - £100.00


In all cases the Symposium fee includes:

• Entry to all applicable Symposium Sessions

• Delegate Pack including a copy of the Book of Abstracts

• Lunch and refreshments

• Icebreaker event

• All taxes

Available for delegates paying by credit or debit cards only. Your confidential financial details will be transferred through a secure transaction website. Delegates will only be registered for the symposium when full payment has been received. Contact the Conference Office (fsbi2015@mba.ac.uk) in case of difficulty with online payment options.

SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS

The FSBI encourages the attendance and participation of students at the Symposium. Registered students pay the reduced Symposium fee. To qualify for this send a letter on headed notepaper confirming your student status signed by your Head of Department/School to the Symposium Administrator. In addition to a reduced registration fee, some funds will be available to cover accommodation and meals and, in certain cases, to provide travel expenses. To be considered, submit a statement of support from your Head of Department or Supervisor to the Symposium Administrator to the Symposium Office at fsbi2015@mba.ac.uk. Submit your applications for either or both by 20 June 2015.

INSURANCE

University of Plymouth does NOT provide insurance or take any responsibility for accidents or illnesses that might occur during the conference or in the course of travel to or from the meeting place. It is the responsibility of participants to check travel health insurance requirements.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations or amendments notified on or before 20 June 2015 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or amendments on or after 20 June 2015.
The cancellation terms and conditions apply in all circumstances and as such we strongly advise all participants to ensure they have purchased sufficient insurance cover.
All refunds will be processed after the conference has ended.
