All delegates must pay a Symposium Fee subsidised by FSBI
In all cases the Symposium Fee includes:
Online Registration – available for delegates paying by credit or debit card only. Your confidential financial details will be transferred through a secure transaction website. Delegates will only be registered for the symposium when full payment has been received. Contact the Conference Office in case of difficulty with online payment options. Registration will remain open until 30 June 2014.
If you are not able to use the online registration form, or wish to pay by cheque or be invoiced and pay by BACS transfer then please use the offline registration form below and contact the Conference Office.

SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS
The FSBI encourages the attendance and participation of students at the Symposium. Registered students pay the reduced Symosium fee. To qualify for this send a letter on headed notepaper confirming your student status signed by your Head of Department/School to the Symposium Administrator. In addition to a reduced registration fee, some funds will be available to cover accommodation and meals and, in certain cases, to provide travel expenses. To be considered, submit a statement of support from your Head of Department or Supervisor to the Symposium Administrator. Submit your applications for either or both by 13 April 2014.
University of Hull does NOT provide insurance or take any responsibility for accidents or illnesses that might occur during the conference or in the course of travel to or from the meeting place. It is the responsibility of participants to check travel health insurance requirements.
Cancellations or amendments notified on or before 31 May 2014 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or amendments on or after 31 May 2014.
The cancellation terms and conditions apply in all circumstances and as such we strongly advise all participants to ensure they have purchased sufficient insurance cover.
All refunds will be processed after the conference has ended.
