ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS:

Bournemouth University offers standard single room accommodation at Cranbourne House Halls of Residence which is situated within a 5 minute walk to the conference location. Bournemouth also offers a number hotel's options, and we are pleased to offer accommodation on this basis.

Accommodation

University accommodation is offered as en-suite (shower & toilet) single rooms. The accommodation is in flats of 7 rooms with a common room/kitchen which is equipped with Tea & Coffee making facilities.
Hotel accommodation is offered at two local hotels:
Hotel Royale - a Best Western Hotel situated close to the conference location
Hotel Miramar - the hosts of the Symposium Banquet situated 10 minutes from the conference location on the East Cliff.
Extra nights may be booked at in each accommodation for Sunday 17 July and Friday 22 July. If this doesn't quite fit into your travel arrangements, please contact the symposium organiser for further details.

Meals

Breakfast is included in the cost of the room and will be served in the university restaurant a short walk from the accommodation. Refreshments and a finger buffet lunch will be available each day at the conference location. Evening meals will be varied across the week.
The Conference Banquet will take place at the Miramar Hotel on Thursday evening, overlooking Bournemouth Bay.

We can offer a complete package of accommodation and all meals from Monday lunch finishing on Friday with lunch:

In a single en-suite room - £275.00
Extra night in en-suite room - £35.00
Hotel Miramar - £405.00 Bed and breakfast at the hotel, with lunch and dinner provided at the conference, to include the Conference dinner
Hotel Royal - £355 Bed and breakfast at the hotel, with lunch and dinner provided at the conference, to include the Conference dinner
Lunch @ £8.00
Dinner @ £20.00
Conference Banquet (includes wine): £55.00
All of the above prices include local taxes.
