Oral Presentations:
Speakers should note that non-plenary oral presentations will be of 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes for questions).
The timing of oral presentations will be strictly managed by session chairs.
The PC in the lecture theatre (Peter Froggatt Centre, Room G07) runs PowerPoint 2007 under the Windows XP operating system.
Adobe Acrobat reader will also be installed for those who use LaTeX.
Poster Presentations:
Large boards (122 x 122 cm; 4 x 4 ft) will be provided for the presentation of posters. We will supply Velcro to allow posters to be mounted.
We will hold two poster sessions, so bring plenty of handouts!
